Roasted Chicken Wings and Stout BBQ Sauce Recipe

Roasted Chicken Wings Recipe

15 chicken wings

½ cup cornstarch

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Coat the raw chicken wings in cornstarch, salt and pepper, lay them out on a baking sheet and bake them at 400F for 25 minutes. Halfway through, flip the wings and continue roasting. Once the wings are out of the oven, toss them in the BBQ sauce and serve them hot!

Stout BBQ Recipe

1 can stout beer

2 tbsp. tomato paste

¼ cup water

¼ cup brown sugar

½ cup apple cider vinegar

½ tsp garlic powder 

¼ tsp. onion powder 

1 tbsp. molasses

2-3  drops liquid smoke

Pour the stout in a saucepan on medium heat and reduce to half the amount of beer. Add the rest of your ingredients into the saucepan and whisk until combined. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow the sauce to cool before putting it in a clean & dry mason jar. Store it in an air-tight container in the fridge for 1 month.
