We tasked Rebels in the Kitchen with hosting our company’s holiday party extravaganza. Not only did they deliver a fun and engaging experience, they over delivered our expectations for a virtual class. Fun, great food, and lots to learn! Thank you
Private Virtual Cooking Classes
Lebanese Street Food & Tapas Cooking Classes
Hey! Welcome to Chef Rawan’s Lebanese street food & tapas private virtual cooking classes. My private classes are designed for foodies (that’s you!) looking to organize a private and meaningful experience for their friends, families, and colleagues. At Rebels in the Kitchen, we do things differently and that’s why we go the extra mile to personalize your event! If a private class isn’t your thing, check out my monthly scheduled classes and reserve your spot!
I’m originally from Beirut, Lebanon, and moved to Canada 5 years ago. I’m a professionally trained chef with over 10 years of experience as a cooking class instructor, culinary and pastry chef, and most importantly daughter to a Lebanese mama!
Take a peek at my class menus below, listen to your bellies, and dive into an unforgettable entertaining cooking experience! I have a really simple form for you to fill out when you’re ready to book a class. You can give me a call first if you prefer at 613-618-0555 or email me directly at virtual@rebelsinthekitchen.com.
To begin your journey of exploring Lebanese street food and tapas I invite you to try my traditional hummus, fattoush salad, and crispy cheese rolls recipes to share with family and friends!

So How Do These Virtual Cooking Classes Work?
Five days prior to your group virtual cooking class, all guests will receive a grocery list (including potential substitutes), a list of equipment and kitchen utensils needed (including possible swaps), prep instructions (if applicable and required), and Zoom log-in details.
We use two high-definition video cameras with a wireless lavalier microphone so you get the best experience possible. The class is also moderated, which means we avoid the Zoom chaos you keep hearing about!
You get to enjoy interruption-free, ask questions, and interact with me while you’re watching and cooking along!
